Refund

Refunds will be considered within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase.

In the unfortunate event that a refund is requested and approved, the refund will be credited back using the original payment method. An administration fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the original amount.

Method of Refund

We will initiate a refund to your credit card. Your card issuer's policies will determine the length of time the credit posts on your credit card account. If you paid by check, allow 10 days to receive the check by USPS.

All refunds will reflect the deduction of the $10.00 administration fee.

Cancellation or No Show for an Appointment


We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another person from receiving a treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee.

Scheduled Appointments


We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other clients on time.

If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time we may have to reschedule the appointment or receive a reduced treatment session based on your arrival time and preparation for the session.
